About The Position

This position provides overall management of the contractor’s performance under this contract. The Program Manager will be empowered by Contractor to make day-to-day decisions in support of this contract. The PM will interact with both Company internal resources and third party/vendor resources, as well as, coordinate activities across teams. The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact point for both the Government’s COR and the Contractor’s employees. The Project Manager shall not work simultaneously as a contractor employee under any task order under the contract.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in administrative, management, communications, or relevant business-related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of program management experience.
  • BS Degree in Business or Science.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the Medical Support or Nursing sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in medical and healthcare technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be eligible for SECRET CLEARANCE.
  • Must be able to pass applicable background investigation.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects on time within budget and scope.
  • Develop/Maintain a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Develop/Maintain weekly status summary presentation/report to present to Stakeholders and Project Team on a regular basis.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Manage a team that coordinates and executes projects for generic clerical skills such as greeting and directing visitors, fielding phone calls, scheduling meetings, responding to callers, taking minutes, composing memos, transcribing, developing presentations, generating reports, and monitoring invoices and expense reports.
  • Must have basic computer skills to conduct internet research and perform data entry.
  • Additional duties may include filing and faxing providing training and development to maintain skills and follow industry standards.
