About The Position

LMI is seeking a skilled Program Manager at our headquarters office in Tysons Corner, VA. The Program Manager will lead a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) single award Blanket Purchase Agreement. In this role, the Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact for TSA leadership, lead all staffing for task orders, be accountable for management and submission of contract deliverables, and manage overall BPA performance while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. The Program Manager will have regular meetings with TSA personnel in Springfield, VA, requiring the candidate to live in the DC metro region. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Secret Clearance level and active DHS suitability
  • 10 or more total years of experience
  • Five (5) years specializing in managing similar Federal programs (similar size and complexity)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required

Nice To Haves

  • Masters preferred
  • Airport installation and TSA experience highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) single award Blanket Purchase Agreement.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for TSA leadership.
  • Lead all staffing for task orders.
  • Be accountable for management and submission of contract deliverables.
  • Manage overall BPA performance while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.
  • Support TSA Open Architecture (OA) demonstrations of Threat Recognition Systems (TRS) at national airports.
  • Oversee a complete suite of services including planning, networking (minor design, networking, infrastructure, install), TSA approved TRS system(s) purchase, OA system(s) install and integration, cybersecurity and Integrated Logistic Support Services (ILS) to include extended warranty and maintenance support services.
  • Interact with field staff, airport personnel and contractors, TSA equipment manufacturers, and LMI leadership on an ongoing basis.
