About The Position

The Program Manager provides overall program integration, planning, coordination, risk management, reporting, and quality assurance across both workstreams. The role ensures successful execution of project objectives, stakeholder coordination, and delivery management. This is a hybrid position supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience supporting federal programs.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification.
• DHS or CISA experience.
• Experience supporting management consulting or enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and work plans.
• Manage program risks, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across technical and functional resources.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Support customer communications and status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality management requirements.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive briefings.
• Provide overall program oversight and coordination.
