Program Manager
About The Position
Lead and deliver technology initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution Oversee execution of complex technical projects across multiple modules or systems. Lead Agile/Scrum teams-facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, review, and retrospectives. Manage project backlog, refine user stories, prioritize features, and work with product owners to define acceptance criteria. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure and application developers, to create and implement software solutions. Resolve conflicts and facilitate consensus among stakeholders, technical leads, and team members. Monitor project health metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time), identify impediments, and adjust plans accordingly. Maintain risk and issue logs, escalate as needed, and propose mitigation plans.
