About The Position

As a Program Manager, a typical day might include implementing and managing mid to large company programs, designing and implementing new programs, and ensuring leadership, coordination, and execution of program improvements. The role also involves creating and leading a productive, harmonious team (if applicable), partnering with managers on strategic planning efforts, providing performance data, analysis, managing program milestones, and documenting project activities. Requirements

Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in program administration and implementation
Proven ability to manage project teams, develop and initiate actions, work independently, and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned accountabilities
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Master's degree or PhD
Knowledgeable about Electrical Engineering/Power Systems
