About The Position

The Program Manager will lead the execution of the NASA SEWP VI contract, ensuring the successful delivery of customer task orders. This role serves as the primary interface with NASA’s SEWP Program Management Office (PMO), federal customers, industry partners, and internal leadership. The position involves managing program planning, staffing, financial performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction, while also developing program metrics, executive reports, and customer briefings. Ensuring compliance with FAR, NASA FAR Supplement (NFS), and SEWP ordering procedures is critical. The role also includes overseeing contract reporting, ordering guides, customer communications, and coordinating technical exchanges, program reviews, and Statement of Work (SOW) development. Additionally, the Program Manager will support business development efforts, including customer engagement, capture planning, proposal development, and strategic partnerships, while building relationships with NASA, DoD, civilian agencies, and industry partners. Maintaining the SEWP Control Number (SSCN) for all orders, ensuring adherence to the Database of Record and “zero tolerance” conduct policies, and verifying quotes and orders through required verification processes are key operational responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience as a NASA SEWP V Program Manager
  • Strong federal procurement experience, including GWAC/IDIQ contracts.
  • Expertise in IT, communications, cybersecurity, cloud, and systems integration.
  • Ability to balance operational excellence with strategic business development.
  • Experience with government contracting regulations and cross-functional leadership
