Project Phoenix is Mspark's new business operating system, a company-wide transformation impacting go-to-market strategies, technology and systems operations, and daily operations. This Program Manager role is central to this effort, acting as the connective tissue across three key workstreams: Running the Business, Strategy and Planning, and Execution and Operations. The goal is to ensure the program progresses as a unified effort. Within Strategy and Planning, the program is built upon three foundational initiatives, referred to as 'Nirvana stages,' which will establish the future-state systems and operating foundation for Mspark. These include the Rippling/Concur replacement, Sage/Maestro replacement, and Dynamics replacement. This role will operate at both the strategic level, partnering with workstream owners, and the initiative level, directly collaborating with the owners of each Nirvana stage to ensure their progress, sequencing, and coordination. This is a new position reporting directly to the CEO for the duration of Project Phoenix. It requires an individual with strong ownership capabilities at the intersection of planning, people, and communication. The role has significant growth potential, with the possibility of evolving into a Chief of Staff position beyond the life of Project Phoenix, depending on the role's and company's development.
