About The Position

Axiom Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager PMP to provide support to the Naval Supply Systems Command Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, Virginia. This role involves developing, managing, and documenting SPIDR system, application, and data requirements, as well as managing activities related to requirement gathering, project initiation, project tracking, and maintaining IT standards. Strong communication skills are essential for technical and business requirement discussions, and the ability to prioritize work effectively and address issues promptly is crucial.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (preferred in Healthcare)
Minimum of six years direct experience as a PMP within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy)
Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance
Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program
Strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions
Ability to prioritize work effectively and address issues in a timely manner

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements
