The College of Education Research Institute (CERI) is seeking a Program Manager to collaborate with the Hawai'i Afterschool Alliance (HAA) Executive Director, Program Director, and community school stakeholders. This role involves designing, leading, and implementing multi-faceted, cross-sector initiatives to advance the community schools strategy. The Program Manager will lead planning, coordination, and facilitation of meetings, assess and implement professional development and technical assistance strategies, and design and promote professional learning opportunities. This position also involves providing coaching and technical assistance, developing and disseminating resources, leading partnership development, conducting policy research and analysis, and supporting HAA's communications strategy. Additionally, the role includes leading continuous improvement processes, supporting grant development and management, assisting with budget monitoring, and providing functional supervision to student assistants and temporary staff. The Program Manager will also collaborate with external stakeholders and state agencies on policy development and independently manage multiple projects.
