The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is seeking a qualified individual to serve as our next IC3 Program Manager! The selected candidate will be a professional leader who has strong communication skills and provides exceptional customer service. This is a high-intensity environment and requires superior organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities. This position reports to the Deputy Director of Clinical Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years clinical intervention experience in servicing youth with SED or emerging adults with a mental health diagnosis
  • Valid Georgia Driver’s License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 3+ years of clinical intervention experience in servicing youth with SED or emerging adults with a mental health diagnosis 
  • Previous experience with direct care coordination

Responsibilities

  • Oversee coordination of Wrap Supervisors and Peer staff, conducting biweekly coordination meetings
  • Review and approve weekly schedules for Wrap Supervisors and Peers, ensuring coverage of required services and alignment with program expectations
  • Monitor staff caseload distribution weekly, maintaining equitable assignment levels within allotted variance across staff
  • Ensure Wrap Supervisors and Peer Supervisor conduct required supervisions/IPRs with staff monthly, verified through documentation audits and reviews
  • Track and review supervision notes and staff activity logs weekly, ensuring completion and compliance with documentation standards through reports and meeting with supervisors
  • Coordinate communication between Wrap Supervisors, Peers, and leadership by responding to and always relaying critical updates
  • Monitor program workflow and service coordination, ensuring client services are delivered as scheduled, with delays addressed within allotted deadline 
  • Conduct monthly coordination audits of team performance, identifying gaps and implementing corrective action plans
  • Facilitate monthly team meetings with Wrap Supervisors and Peers, documenting action items and achieving completion of assigned tasks by the next meeting
  • Collaborate with compliance and UM team weekly to ensure all coordinated services meet compliance standards
  • Escalate operational, auth, or staffing issues through the chain of command immediately with documented follow-up until resolution
  • Support Wrap Supervisors in addressing performance concerns, ensuring identified issues have documented coaching or corrective action when needed 
  • Monitor staff productivity metrics (contacts, services, documentation), ensuring staff meet established productivity benchmarks monthly
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing support for Wrap Supervisors and Peers, ensuring completion of required onboarding tasks within deadline
  • Provide or coordinate training sessions annually for Wrap Supervisors and Peers, ensuring staff participation
  • Maintain centralized tracking of team performance, schedules, and outcomes, updating data weekly
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Wrap teams and upper-leadership, providing monthly summary reports on coordination effectiveness, staffing, and service delivery 
  • Identify systemic coordination challenges monthly and implement process improvement measures when necessary 
  • Ensure adherence to agency policies and protocols across all coordinated staff, achieving compliance in quarterly reviews
  • All other duties as assigned
