We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Program Manager to oversee multiple 24-Hour Residential Programs and help ensure high-quality, person-centered supports for the individuals we serve. Requirements

  • Strong experience in I/DD residential/group home management required
  • Knowledge of Oregon's ISP process and experience developing and implementing support plans
  • Working knowledge of OARs related to 24-Hour Residential Services for adults
  • Experience with staff hiring, training, supervision, and performance management
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong commitment to advocacy and quality supports for individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective program operations
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and operational oversight of 5–6 residential group home programs
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Residential Managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
  • Ensure programs maintain compliance with agency policies, operational procedures, and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
  • Participate in hiring, training, performance management, and staff separation processes with Executive Director approval
  • Ensure proper staffing coverage and coordinate employee in-service training
  • Collaborate with Individual Support Plan (ISP) teams to support consumer goals and needs
  • Monitor implementation and quality of Individual Service Plans for residential consumers
  • Oversee agency and consumer financial management responsibilities
  • Promote advocacy, community inclusion, and person-centered supports
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for individuals served, families, and employees
