We are hiring for a Program Manager for our Springfield, VA location. This position is required to be onsite and have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for DoJ representing V2X in all programmatic matters.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related degree.
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience.
• Ability to lead a team of direct and functional reports.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain high performance in a highly dynamic, team-based environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools: MS Windows OS; MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Publisher); and additional software programs provided by the government.
• Workstations on classified and unclassified networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of management and staffing plans to meet program objectives.
• Accountable for the program in its entirety including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Lead internal and external Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Maintain relationship of trust and respect with customers, engineers, and other internal functional leaders.
• Prepare status or briefings for management via collaboration with others to organize briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other contractual requirements.
