About The Position

At Holganix, we revolutionize the way the world grows by manufacturing and distributing a liquid microbial solution (think of it as a probiotic for soil) to primarily farmers (but also landscapers, golf courses, and performance turf users) across America and Canada. Our solution dramatically increases soil health, ultimately improving crop yield and reducing the need for other inputs like fertilizer, pesticides, and water. Additionally, our solution significantly impacts carbon sequestration in the soil and improves the carbon intensity score of a crop. Our team is seeking a Program Manager to help lead execution and coordination of programs supporting development, and internal operations. This role ensures that logistics, sales, marketing, field operations, and internal teams stay aligned. The right candidate communicates clearly, brings structure where needed, and takes ownership of coordination so that important work moves forward without constant oversight. More About You You are highly detail oriented and comfortable taking on multiple projects at once. You are steady and reliable, especially when agricultural timelines and seasonal pressure increase. You are organized and disciplined about documentation, plans, and follow-through. You take ownership of coordination and are naturally proactive. You are excited to help build the foundation of a growing company. You understand how agricultural production systems and seasonal cycles influence operational planning. You believe strong communication and operational discipline are the foundation of successful programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years experience coordinating complex projects, programs, or operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with biologicals, soil health products, or crop inputs.
• Experience with environmental grower programs (carbon, soil, water).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, logistics platforms, or agricultural operations tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and execution plans for projects.
• Ensure seasonal readiness across ag related teams
• Maintain clear documentation including program plans, timelines, and operational updates.
• Identify coordination gaps across teams and proactively implement improvements that help programs run more smoothly.
• Track key program metrics including adoption, sales performance, and operational readiness.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements that strengthen program scalability and execution.
• Provide clear updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure decisions, program changes, and operational updates are clearly communicated across teams.
• Strengthen processes through improved documentation, communication, and coordination.
