ILUS- Program Manager
About The Position
Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation seeks a Program Manager responsible for the planning, governance, and oversight of project program activities and resources to meet the strategic, business, and technical objectives of assigned project programs. The role reports to the Manager on program activities in accordance with the mission, strategy, and goals of the program and organization. The Program Manager will lead the Program’s financial objectives and operating plans, and lead internal and external stakeholder relationships for the Program. This includes developing and leading internal and external program reporting requirements, inclusive of metrics to evaluate program strengths, quality, and areas for improvement. The role also involves leading internal and external program escalations, risks, and standards, ensuring that the Program delivers the desirable outcome to the organization. The Program Manager will plan and lead programs carried out by Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineering Teams, and Program Support Personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or in project management
- Experience with Managing material handling and automation solutions
- Experience with Project and Program management
- Experience with Business accounting and contracts management
- Experience with MS Project and Advanced Project Scheduling
