About The Position

E-logic is seeking a qualified Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between E-Logic and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, ensuring the successful execution of projects across the program lifecycle. This role oversees project performance, risks, schedules, and deliverables, while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and alignment with the agency's mission objectives. The candidate will be willing to travel in different states like District of Colombia, Virginia, Maryland, California, Florida and Rhode Island. Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant . Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional management experience, with at least 5 years in DoD or Navy IT systems.
• Experience with administrative oversight of DoD contractual matters, corporate management, and providing technical, schedule, and cost direction.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between the Government representative and COR.
• Required IAM II (or higher) certification with T3 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, execution, and reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, schedules, and costs across multiple projects.
• Oversee project milestones from concept development through deployment and sustainment.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, Agile, and DoD frameworks.
