About The Position
The Program Manager will oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for customers, specifically leading an Enterprise IT program in Oahu, Hawaii. This role involves providing management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of a task order. The Program Manager is responsible for assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall Task Order performance to ensure optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 9+ years of experience managing and executing complex IT services and projects in multi-theater, multi-enclave environments (or Bachelor's degree and 11+ years of experience or high school diploma and 15+ years of experience)
- A minimum of 9 years’ experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in scope and complexity to this Task Order.
- Current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level III, Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
- US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves
- Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
- Experience with Government/Military operation in the INDOPACOM AOR.
- Experience with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) requirements, regulations, and processes within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
Responsibilities
- Provide full lifecycle program leadership across planning, execution, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and government stakeholders, maintaining accountability for performance, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
- Lead integrated schedules, cost tracking, and contract compliance across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Supervise cross-functional teams, including technical, cybersecurity, and support roles, to ensure coordinated mission execution.
- Develop and implement reporting structures, performance metrics, and resource optimization strategies in alignment with mission priorities.
