About The Position
Responsible for oversight of multiple programs and personnel supporting various technical disciplines for the U.S. Government Lead the planning, execution, and management of program objectives and deliverables. Plans and executes program goals and objectives Reviews and provides recommendations for the development and implementation of safety programs Reviews software requirement specifications to identify problem areas Reviews and executes Statements of Work, Specifications, and Engineering Change Proposals, ensuring technical integrity and compliance. Provides Engineering support for the planning, development, and verification of software requirements Observes flight testing of software to verify requirements are met and provides recommendations to the project office. Provides oversight on Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, System Requirement Reviews, and Test Readiness Reviews Reviews and provides input for Statements of Work for new projects Recruit and hire qualified candidates to perform under various contracts. Interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across multiple entities. Other duties as assigned.
