Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Residential Program Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring that all supported individuals are receiving appropriate clinical and medical services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
  • Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Therap a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring that all supported individuals are receiving appropriate clinical and medical services.
  • Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
  • Ensure adherence to all DDS, funding agency, and state regulations.
  • Maintain and monitor staffing schedule.
  • Assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments.
  • Assume on-call responsibilities as required.
  • Assist and instruct individuals in all aspects of their IP.
  • Administer medication when required.
  • Provide in-house and agency-contracted training and consultation services.
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines.
  • Assist and instruct residents with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs.
  • Work with the People Team to plan and implement corrective action when necessary.
