About The Position

Tyto Athene is searching for a Site/Program Manager for a multi-year contract performing at Fort Meade, Maryland. The Site/Program Manager ensures contract compliance, coordinates day-to-day operations, and oversee personnel to deliver implementation and integration of critical solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and at least seven years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with at least ten years of relevant work experience.
U.S. Citizenship

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
DOD 8570 Compliant Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II
3+ years broadcast engineering experience
Knowledge of government-approved property management systems.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple project assignments

Responsibilities

Lead all performance to meet contract requirements and Service Level Requirements (SLR).
Support and participate in client meetings.
Submit and maintain accurate reports and documentation, including personnel rosters, program plans, property lists, incident reports, briefings, status reports, and training memoranda.
Provide overall program administration and effective leadership/communication mechanisms.
Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan, including Transition, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance plans.
Identify actual or potential problems with recommendations for viable alternative solutions.
