The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving complex, cross-functional programs that support strategic and operational priorities across the organization. This role is designed as a flexible, high-impact resource that can be deployed across a range of initiatives—from improving internal processes and planning rhythms to enabling execution of key leadership priorities. The scope of work spans both strategic and hands-on execution. In some cases, the Program Manager will lead programs end-to-end; in others, they will partner with leaders and teams to strengthen program structure, drive alignment, and ensure consistent delivery.
