As Program Manager supporting the Neuroscience Destination Service Line and GI/GI Surgery Destination Service Line, you’ll lead cross-functional improvement initiatives—translating service-line priorities into clearly scoped projects, measurable deliverables, and sustainable change. You’ll partner with senior leaders and front-line teams across both services to identify opportunities and apply process- and data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient experience. In this role, you’ll drive consistent execution, bring scalable approaches across service lines, and build internal capability through coaching, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder alignment. This is a Stanford Health Care job. Leads a variety of functional and cross-functional improvement programs by defining the intent of programs, overseeing the development of program goals, deliverables and tracking/reporting to ensure project goals are met.
