About The Position

The Program Manager (on-site in Orlando, FL) will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs within the professional, scientific, and technical services sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This role requires overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining strict adherence to budgets and timelines. The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive program success and mitigate risks. They will also be responsible for developing comprehensive proposals and reports that communicate program status, challenges, and outcomes effectively. Ultimately, the Program Manager will ensure that all program objectives are met with high quality and within scope, fostering continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management within the professional, scientific, or technical services industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in proposal development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software.
• The Program Manager will utilize budget management skills daily to monitor expenditures and ensure programs remain financially viable.
• Program management expertise is essential for coordinating multiple projects, setting priorities, and driving progress toward strategic goals.
• Proposal development and strong written and oral communication skills are critical for crafting compelling program plans and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Resource management skills enable the effective allocation of personnel and materials to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
