About The Position

The Print Software Program Delivery team is seeking a Supplies Division Program Manager to drive portfolio-level execution and strategic alignment across multiple Supplies programs and strategic deliverables. This role is accountable for shaping and governing integrated division roadmaps, aligning priorities and commitments across product, engineering, operations, and business functions, and ensuring predictable delivery through program milestones. The Program Manager will lead cross-program risk and dependency management, own executive-level escalations and trade-off conversations, and deliver succinct, insight-driven updates that inform decisions and course-correct the portfolio as needed. This role is responsible for leading hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of a software feature, solution, or product. The role drives the orchestration of various technical projects and fosters innovation through effective leadership, communication, and technical acumen. The role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving the successful execution of technical projects that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.

Requirements

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Plays a critical role in the planning and execution of the organization's most complex and visible technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products.
Partners across functions to prioritize, plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs while maintaining focus on building high quality programs.
Defines the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap to address the problems/opportunities in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Reaches across functions or departments to mitigate program risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.
Drives and tracks software releases, features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
Engages with executive leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
