Requirements

2+ years of project or program management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally with teams and clients
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel as needed
Ability to obtain TSA certification (required)

Nice To Haves

Logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry experience
Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel proficiency)
Familiarity with client contracts, onboarding, and program implementation

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple client programs and projects
Serve as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams
Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and leadership to ensure successful execution
Track project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and deliverables
Identify risks and implement solutions to keep programs on schedule
Support new customer onboarding and implementation
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and customers
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments
