About The Position

As a Program Manager, you will provide leadership, direction, and capability for all Fiserv DNA releases focused on stability, automation, product development, and systems implementation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in information technology program experience across cross-functional teams including enterprise software development with high security governance
  • 5+ years of experience with tools such as JIRA, Power BI, and MS Project
  • 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and release management process
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience
  • In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Review, analyze, and track various milestones throughout the release lifecycle related to DNA core platform
  • Collaborate with operations, development, automation, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Maintain program documentation (roadmap, program charters, project plans, etc.), dashboards, and release calendars
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance meetings
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
  • Generate and present regular reports on program status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership
