Here’s what you will be doing as a Program Manager: Coordinating all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery, you are the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspect of the program. You’ll have performance responsibility for your program and will regularly deliver status updates to management. Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts etc.; many of which will be shared resources with other programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an BS Degree.
  • 1 year of relevant program management related experience in the aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered manufacturing environments.
  • For applicants transitioning from the military, leadership experience in operations, logistics, acquisition, or program management may be considered in lieu of direct industry experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives in defense or similarly structured environments is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence.
  • Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.
