About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient program, ensuring high standards of clinical care, compliance, and financial performance. This leadership role works closely with the Area Director and provides guidance to rehab staff while maintaining a strong, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina license as one of the following: Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient clinic
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and billing integrity
