Program Manager

Authenticom

About The Position

The Authenticom Group is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to ensure the successful delivery of company-wide initiatives on time, on scope, and on budget. This new role reports directly to the COO and will be the single point of accountability for cross-functional initiative delivery across the entire organization. You will be responsible for taking departmental plans and transforming them into coordinated, executed outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management or equivalent cross-functional leadership experience at a SaaS, technology, or operationally complex company.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
  • Experience managing up to executives and across peer-level department leaders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity — ability to define structure where none exists without over-engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate operational detail into clear executive narratives.
  • Bias toward action and delivery over process for its own sake.
  • Intellectually honest, surfaces hard truths early rather than letting timelines slip.
  • Collaborative but willing to hold people accountable to their commitments.
  • Systems thinker — sees where individual decisions compound into outcomes.
  • Comfortable working at pace with autonomy.
  • A natural orchestrator who thrives in ambiguity and brings structure to complexity.
  • A strong communicator who can translate between executives, technical teams, and customer‑facing functions.
  • A systems thinker who sees the whole board — risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
  • A calm, credible operator who builds trust quickly and drives alignment without drama.
  • Someone who loves making organizations faster, clearer, and more effective.
  • Must prove eligibility to work in the United States or Canada (no Visa sponsorship).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive retail, data integration, or adjacent B2B industries.
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications (not required — practical experience matters more).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience supporting SOC 2 compliance programs or similar operational frameworks.
  • Prior experience standing up a PMO function from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Own the tracking and delivery of company-wide initiatives across every major function.
  • Maintain a real-time portfolio view of status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
  • Partner with department heads to pressure-test plans, identify gaps, and surface friction early.
  • Keep teams aligned on scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies proactively and resolve them quickly.
  • Surface risks early with clear mitigation paths and decision options.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Deliver concise, honest status updates on a predictable cadence.
  • Translate operational detail into executive-ready insights: what’s on track, what’s at risk, what needs a decision.
  • Maintain leadership dashboards that show real-time execution health.
  • Build lightweight, scalable program management practices that fit a high-growth environment.
  • Partner with IT and Operations to optimize tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
  • Champion a culture of honest commitments, realistic planning, and proactive communication.
  • Directly lead select cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (product launches, acquisition integrations, major customer deployments, strategic partnerships).
  • Support leadership in building business cases for investments, hiring, budget, tools, or acquisitions.
  • Drive clarity, alignment, and execution discipline on initiatives with high strategic or customer impact.
