Requirements

  • 10+ years of project or program management experience (enterprise preferred)
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to governance excellence
  • Experience managing project managers and large cross-functional initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce program experience
  • PMP or Agile certification
  • Experience in enterprise financial management or portfolio governance
  • PMP or Agile certifications welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution Drive progress across a complex portfolio, ensuring both the big picture and details are aligned
  • Identify delivery gaps, risks, and issues early and escalate effectively
  • Push project momentum and ensure adherence to governance requirements
  • Manage messaging across stakeholders and serve as the first point of escalation
  • Status Reporting & Governance Ensure weekly status reports are crisp, leadership-ready, and consistent across projects
  • Partner with PMs and Plan Leads to develop monthly Steering Committee materials
  • Validate RAID logs, SharePoint organization, and SPM documentation
  • Ensure alignment to enterprise governance across Architecture, Security, and ULC
  • Financial Management Oversee mid‑month and month‑end financial processes
  • Validate accruals, forecasts, explanations, and year-end realism
  • Guide PMs in updating business cases, ISD changes, and financial trackers
  • People Leadership & Relationship Management Conduct weekly 1:1s with PMs to guide execution, quality, and performance
  • Partner with Delivery Leads to manage resource planning
  • Hold regular cross-functional meetings with key business stakeholders, IT Leaders and supporting application teams
  • Lead monthly PM all‑hands and quarterly team meetings
