About The Position

Provides overall contract management and strategic oversight for the task order. Serves as primary interface with Government COR/PO, ensuring alignment with USBP Intelligence Division objectives, timelines, and budget.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years leading federal programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams on complex analytical/technical efforts.
• Experience supporting DHS/CBP or law enforcement/intelligence programs (or similar).
• Ability to obtain and maintain required CBP/DHS security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Project/program management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of all contract tasks.
• Manage schedule, risk, communications, and quality across the project.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders on priorities, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee staffing, work assignment, and performance of contractor team.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, DHS/CBP policies, and applicable laws/regulations.
