AMIkids is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide supportive leadership and management to team members with a passion for providing quality services to young males in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will possess key success attributes in leadership, organization, training, and effective communication. This role involves managing and overseeing all program operations in the absence of the Executive Director, handling all program administrative and human resource systems, and directing performance management, including coaching and future performance development. The Program Manager will also assist with the recruitment process for Program Team Members and collaborate with the Executive Director and agency stakeholders on contract compliance, student intake, discipline, transfer/release, and general reporting requirements.
