About The Position

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead client programs and oversee all aspects of program strategy, planning, and execution for corporate meetings, events, and incentive trips. In this role, you will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, branded experiences while ensuring timelines, budgets, and program objectives are met. The Program Manager is responsible for managing complex program elements while maintaining exceptional client service and operational excellence.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven client relationship management experience
  • Experience building and managing program budgets
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 35%

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, franchise, or commercial event environments
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills
  • Experience managing large-scale meetings, events, or incentive programs

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and high-quality service
  • Provide clear, consistent communication and direction to clients, internal teams, and vendor partners
  • Lead program timelines and ensure all milestones and deliverables are met
  • Oversee all program elements including budgeting, site selection, registration, travel, production, and onsite execution
  • Manage hotel sourcing, room blocks, and vendor partnerships
  • Coordinate across internal teams including creative, travel, production, and onsite support
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Track cost savings and avoidance throughout the program lifecycle
  • Ensure timely and accurate final billing and reconciliations
  • Ensure all operational processes and procedures are followed
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide post-program evaluations, reporting, and insights to clients and internal teams
