About The Position

This position is responsible for planning and directing center-wide program services with broad oversight of program activities. The Program Manager plans, develops, trains, and provides daily supervision of program operations, volunteers, and staff. Key responsibilities include driving a Salvation Army vehicle to transport youth members/staff to and from the Red Shield Youth Center and approved community activities, performing and monitoring a variety of programmatic administrative duties, and ensuring all programs are operated safely and positively impact the lives of youth through activities and services that measurably and progressively move youth individually to attain positive outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in business, accounting, or social services and Two (2) years’ work experience planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people
Or Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Valid Driver’s License
Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
Must have or be able to obtain CDL in first 90 Days
