Requirements

  • 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience within complex IT and business environments
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, scope, and resources across full project lifecycles
  • Strong working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum delivery frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with PMI foundational standards (PMBOK)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Project Web App (PWA)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to a single set of agreed-upon priorities and requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with time tracking, work order, warehouse, or field workforce applications
  • Strong Organizational Change Management experience at all organizational levels
  • Familiarity with SAP financial and project reporting
  • Experience navigating enterprise IT financial and services governance models
  • Human Capital Management (HCM) system deployment experience
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

Responsibilities

  • Own the program from initiation through successful closure, ensuring alignment to business and IT outcomes
  • Lead design, build, test, change management, deployment, and support transition activities
  • Manage program scope, budget, timeline, resources, and quality across multiple workstreams
  • Identify, log, manage, and resolve risks and issues; escalate program-level items to the PMO as required
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance models, and project management methodologies
  • Partner with business and technical leads to develop and maintain detailed work plans and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies, integration topics, and resolution of complex issues
  • Drive scope change requests through defined governance and approval processes
  • Facilitate project team meetings, stakeholder updates, and weekly status reporting
  • Monitor cost, schedule, and quality performance across delivery teams
  • Foster strong collaboration, accountability, and engagement within the project team
  • Ensure operational readiness and a smooth transition into steady-state support
  • Complete project closure activities, including lessons learned and artifact archiving
