About The Position

Connor Consulting International is a specialized advisory firm helping clients navigate complex software, licensing, royalty, IP, and compliance challenges. We combine deep subject-matter expertise with a practical, technology-forward approach to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients across industries. As Connor continues to modernize its internal operating model and develop AI-enabled platforms to support client delivery, we are looking for a Program Manager who can help turn strategy into execution, drive adoption across the organization, and ensure our teams are aligned, accountable, and operating with urgency. Connor Consulting is seeking a Program Manager, Technology Adoption & Key Initiatives to serve as a key execution partner to the CEO and leadership team. This role is not a traditional product management position. While Connor is actively developing internal technology platforms and AI-enabled workflows, the larger challenge is ensuring that the business adopts, integrates, and operationalizes those tools across the workforce. The ideal candidate is a strong operator, project manager, and change agent who can work across teams, translate executive priorities into action, and hold the organization accountable for adoption and execution. This person will help ensure that new tools, workflows, and operating processes are not only built, but actually used effectively by the business. This is a high-impact role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial professional services environment where technology, AI-enabled delivery, and business transformation are central to the company’s next stage of growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business transformation, Program Manager, program management, or a similar execution-focused role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, professional services, consulting, software, technology, or advisory environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including ownership of milestones, dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools, processes, systems, or workflows across a business.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear updates, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Strong organizational judgment and ability to influence without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Comfort working with senior executives and holding teams accountable to agreed-upon priorities.
  • High degree of ownership, urgency, discretion, and follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in management consulting, professional services, SaaS, software asset management, compliance, audit, licensing, royalties, or IP-related services.
  • Experience supporting technology transformation, internal platform rollouts, AI-enabled workflows, or business process automation.
  • Familiarity with modern project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Notion, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in a private equity-backed, founder-led, or high-growth environment.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project/program management training is helpful but not required.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards, KPI reporting, adoption metrics, or operational scorecards.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategic priorities into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, and deadlines.
  • Establish and manage an operating cadence across key initiatives, including weekly status reviews, leadership updates, adoption tracking, and issue escalation.
  • Drive accountability across departments by ensuring commitments are clearly documented, followed up on, and completed.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, decision memos, meeting agendas, dashboards, and operating reports as needed.
  • Identify execution gaps, bottlenecks, and organizational blockers, and work with leadership to resolve them quickly.
  • Serve as the business-side owner for adoption of Connor’s internal technology platforms, AI-enabled tools, and new operating workflows.
  • Work with business teams to ensure new tools are incorporated into day-to-day processes rather than remaining optional or underutilized.
  • Partner with technology and operations stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize adoption blockers, and improve usability from a business-process perspective.
  • Develop adoption plans, training materials, communications, SOPs, and rollout playbooks for new tools and workflows.
  • Track adoption metrics, usage patterns, compliance with new processes, and business impact.
  • Project manage cross-functional initiatives related to platform rollout, workflow modernization, operational improvement, and AI-enabled service delivery.
  • Maintain initiative roadmaps, project plans, risk logs, dependency trackers, and executive dashboards.
  • Coordinate across subject-matter experts, delivery teams, technology resources, and leadership to ensure projects move forward with urgency.
  • Ensure that business requirements, operational workflows, and adoption needs are clearly communicated to technology teams.
  • Help prioritize work based on business value, client impact, workforce readiness, and executive direction.
  • Act as a central coordination point across teams to ensure employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and what is expected of them.
  • Reinforce adoption expectations across the organization and escalate non-adoption or process breakdowns where appropriate.
  • Help managers and team leads incorporate new tools and workflows into team-level expectations, performance discussions, and operating rhythms.
  • Identify where additional training, communication, incentives, or leadership intervention may be needed.
  • Support a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technology-enabled execution.
  • Map current-state and future-state workflows across key business functions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes, reduce duplication, improve data quality, and increase operational visibility.
  • Work with teams to standardize processes where appropriate while preserving flexibility for specialized client work.
  • Help turn informal institutional knowledge into repeatable processes, documentation, and scalable operating practices.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes.
