About The Position

The Contractor will provide senior program management expertise to assist Government personnel with developing acquisition strategies supported by requisite business case analysis and documentation for follow-on Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) sustainment, developing and maintaining a contract award Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), developing pre-award documentation and briefings, including but not limited to Justification and Authorization (J&A), Performance Work Statement (PWS), Requirement Approval Document (RAD), peer reviews, and Contract Data Requirements Listing (CDRLs). Perform a wide variety of acquisition program support activities to assist in performing a wide range of program management activities to include assistance in gathering data, conducting analyses, evaluation, and validation of acquisition programmatic documentation. These activities balance many factors influencing cost, schedule, and performance to include, but are not limited to, meeting organizational goals, meeting financial goals, risk management, schedule management, project(s) integration, financial management, and the ability to integrate the separate functions to plan and implement acquisition management according to DoD 5000 and AFI 63-101/20-101.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the Program Management discipline, five years of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF Organizations.
  • OR, bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the Program Management discipline, five of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF Organizations.
  • OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS Program Management Labor Category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF Organizations.
  • Ability to obtain a passport.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of acquisition program support activities to assist in performing a wide range of program management activities to include assistance in gathering data, conducting analyses, evaluation, and validation of acquisition programmatic documentation.
  • Balance many factors influencing cost, schedule, and performance to include, but are not limited to, meeting organizational goals, meeting financial goals, risk management, schedule management, project(s) integration, financial management, and the ability to integrate the separate functions to plan and implement acquisition management according to DoD 5000 and AFI 63-101/20-101.
