About The Position

Our company is searching for our next Supportive Living Services Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate that is looking to join a fast-growing company, and help build the program and grow the business. The Program Manager will provide ongoing support and supervision to clients and employees that provide supportive living services (SLS) to adults with developmental disabilities living in their own homes. Our company began in 2015 with one branch office in Morgan Hill, CA, which has now expanded to several offices throughout California. We provide Supportive Living Services to our clients in the privacy of their homes, the clients are not living in a facility or a group home.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Social Services or equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 2 year of management experience in the assisted living community overseeing a workforce of employees in multi-cities.
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel in within the county area.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with the Regional Center is a major PLUS!
  • Experience in reviewing budgets and business plans.
  • Experience running a business is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

  • Assessing current trends and developing plans that ensure the progress and success of clients.
  • Partnership Development - Responsible for developing strategic partnerships.
  • Responsible to establish a culture of top level quality service delivery.
  • Forming relationships with employees and external customers (regional center personnel, etc.) to maximize business performance and positive company reputation.
  • Advocate and support clients rights so that they are treated fairly.
  • Prepare your branch to be audit-ready at all times.
  • Direct supervision of caregivers that provide direct services to our clients.
