The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the alignment of project goals with business objectives, and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, organizational development, and change management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Payments industry experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • MBA or advanced degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and programs.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and ensure program alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and drive strategic growth.
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates with project teams and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain program management standards and methodologies.
  • Prepare and present program status reports, performance metrics and key findings for senior management.
  • Analyze program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to guide future initiatives.
