About The Position
SAIC is seeking a highly qualified TS/SCI Cleared Program Manager (PM) to provide management, direction, administration, and leadership for the execution of a critical Task Order (TO) supporting the SOF Enterprise Digital Talent Program (SEDTP). This position plays a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment and execution of services across the SOCOM Enterprise, with a focus on quality assurance, personnel management, and compliance with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a comprehensive understanding of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Enterprise, a corporate team player, and an expert in managing personnel across diverse commands and overseas locations.

Responsibilities
- Providing overall management, leadership, and direction for the execution of the Task Order.
- Implementing quality assurance measures to meet performance metrics as outlined in the contract.
- Leading personnel placement efforts in both CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and processes.
- Collaborating with USSOCOM leaders to ensure alignment with mission objectives and requirements.
- Overseeing the coordination of security clearances and personnel assignments, ensuring compliance for both collateral and SCI requirements.
