We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site SMP (Separation Management Plan) Transition Lead to oversee and manage the execution of site-level transition activities as part of our broader SMP (Separation Management Plan). In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team and driving the localized implementation of complex transition plans tied to the divestiture or separation of manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, operational requirements, and global program strategy. Acting as the key site liaison, you will coordinate between central program teams, technical experts, and local site leadership to ensure all separation activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with business and regulatory standards.
