You will be the Program Manager Senior Staff for the TF‑50/FA‑50 Program Management Office which is responsible for capturing and executing TF‑50/FA‑50 program opportunities and engineering proposal requests. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Manager Senior Staff you will be responsible for providing comprehensive program oversight that drives on‑time delivery of Lockheed Martin Aero deliverables and aligns capture activities with campaign strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and enforce program baselines, overseeing risk, opportunity, and Earned Value management to ensure cost‑schedule performance. Coordinate capture‑phase activities for aircraft development, weapon integration, flight test, production, sustainment, and spares & repairs BOAs. Prepare and manage proposals, crafting work statements that satisfy unique customer requirements and support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) decisions. Lead subcontractor and Lockheed Martin partner engagements to capture new business opportunities and maintain contract compliance. Collaborate daily with Capture/Execution Program Managers to plan, monitor, and execute program activities that achieve 100 % on‑time delivery.
