About The Position

You will be the Program Management Manager – Level 5 for the Capture & Business Development team which is responsible for leading end‑to‑end acquisition efforts across aircraft development, weapon integration, flight‑test, production, sustainment and spares. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Management Manager – Level 5 you will be responsible for orchestrating the capture phase of complex aerospace contracts and aligning internal and external partners to deliver winning proposals. Your responsibilities will include: Directing proposal development and work‑statement creation for aircraft, weapons, flight‑test and sustainment contracts. Evaluating and executing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) business decisions. Coordinating with subcontractors and Lockheed Martin partners to secure and integrate new business opportunities. Managing Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) for spares and repair services throughout the contract lifecycle. Providing strategic oversight of capture activities to ensure alignment with customer requirements and program objectives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Aircraft Production, Sustainment, or Development Program Experience
Experience defining program requirements to meet customer needs (SOW/SSOW Development)
Technical experience
Active Secret Clearance
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
