About The Position

As a Program Manager, Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the organization. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards set by the company. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of Program Management principles and be able to effectively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Solid background in Program Management and Client Management.
Experience in Quality Control.
10+ years of experience directing complex, large-scale IT programs from strategy, planning, change management, implementation and ongoing sustainment.
Experience optimizing performance and delivery while scaling to meet billable targets and profitability.
US Citizen (no dual citizenship).
An active secret federal security clearance is required.
