The Program Manager, Commercial Enablement will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs critical to Commercial Enablement, including digitization, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, contract and deal process modernization, and enterprise sales operations initiatives. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CX, and Technology to translate strategy into execution and ensure delivery against committed roadmaps. This role is critical to delivering the Commercial Enablement roadmap at scale, particularly as investments accelerate in digitization, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. Level flexibility ensures the right capability while maintaining a high execution bar.
