The Global Corporate Procurement team is seeking a Program Manager to join their Responsible Sourcing team. This role requires an experienced program manager skilled in leading multiple environmental and social responsibility programs in a highly cross-functional environment. The candidate will have high standards, constantly seek to improve program performance, quality, and impact, and use data and key metrics to drive and measure process improvements. The role involves working independently in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-changing organization, with a focus on being a leader in responsible sourcing. A successful candidate must have a passion for responsible sourcing, procurement, sustainability excellence, and program management, and be able to drive efficiencies through effective lateral and upward management. The role will own carbon reduction initiatives, human rights programs, ESG supplier risk assessments, sustainability reporting, cross-organization stakeholder management, work with internal procurement operations teams on best practices, identify training gaps and opportunities for responsible sourcing, and manage upwards with senior leaders. A strong background in procurement workflows, sustainability metrics, program management, analytical and process optimization skills is required. The role involves streamlining responsible sourcing mechanisms, building SOPs, and partnering with tech teams to improve ESG monitoring tools and dashboards.
