About The Position

The Program Manager for Quality Assurance / Quality Control will lead the development, deployment, and governance of construction quality management across Micron’s U.S. semiconductor fab expansion. This role is responsible for establishing field-executable quality procedures aligned to corporate standards, ISO 9001 principles, and applicable industry codes, ensuring consistent, measurable, and compliant project delivery in support of semiconductor construction, including clean build protocols and phased system turnover. You will implement structured processes, performance metrics, and oversight mechanisms that integrate quality requirements across all phases of project execution—from planning through turnover. Through program governance, contractor engagement, and continuous improvement, you will drive quality performance, compliance, and predictable outcomes. This role serves as a primary interface between program leadership, and site teams ensuring alignment of quality expectations, and effective implementation of QA/QC plan.
