Movember's Prostate Cancer Health Equity and Personalised Cancer Care initiatives exist to change that, and this role sits at the operational heart of both. As Program Manager, Prostate Cancer Health Equity and Personalised Cancer Care, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management, coordination, and delivery of Movember's international programs across these two interconnected initiatives. That means owning the full program management lifecycle across a complex portfolio of grant-funded projects, convening and network activities, cross-market knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Director, Prostate Cancer Health Equity and Personalised Cancer Care. Your day-to-day work spans the full arc of program delivery. You'll manage project plans, milestones, and tracking tools with precision, maintain partner and stakeholder contact systems, coordinate cross-market learning, and integrate input from subject matter experts and patient lived experience voices into planning and delivery. You'll manage grant programs from end to end, from discovery and request for proposals through peer evaluation, contracting, implementation, and evaluation. You'll produce progress reports, develop communications and programmatic assets in collaboration with Marketing and Communications, and contribute to knowledge translation materials including presentations, video scripts, and key project documents. Budget and contract oversight is a core part of the role. You'll lead fiscal year budget planning, track and reconcile grantee invoices and payment schedules, support contract and grant agreement execution in partnership with Legal and Finance, and produce annual program report cards across all active grant programs in your portfolio. Stakeholder relationships are central to how this role operates. You'll work closely with the Social Impact team, engage proactively with Movember's governance, technical, creative, and fundraising areas, and facilitate knowledge exchange across the prostate cancer portfolio and with external partners globally. This is a role for someone who brings both strong program management discipline and genuine fluency in health equity and implementation science, and who is driven by the belief that where you come from should not determine the quality of the cancer care you receive.

Requirements

Relevant graduate qualifications in a health-related discipline, health science, or population health.
Substantive experience in health equity.
At least five years of program and project management experience within a health-related environment, with demonstrated training in project management methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration ability.
Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts, negotiate effectively, and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and planning skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with project and task management software such as Asana, including task creation, milestone tracking, and reporting, as well as working familiarity with SmartSheet, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Box.
Ability to operate independently, make sound decisions, and seek direction where required.
Proficiency in analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex implementation science frameworks clearly and concisely.
Financial skills to develop and monitor large and complex budget plans.
Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
Discretion and a strong commitment to confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the prostate cancer or oncology setting.
A project management certification.
Experience working directly on programs or initiatives addressing health disparities, inequities, or underserved populations in the prostate cancer space.
Global program management experience.

Responsibilities
