The Program Manager – Professional Development oversees the delivery and continuous improvement of Goodyear’s global leadership development programs. This role ensures programs are executed with high quality and aligned to leadership competencies while coordinating across regions and stakeholders. The position blends program management, learning partnership, and operational coordination to support scalable, impactful professional development experiences.
