About The Position

The Program Manager – Professional Development oversees the delivery and continuous improvement of Goodyear’s global leadership development programs. This role ensures programs are executed with high quality and aligned to leadership competencies while coordinating across regions and stakeholders. The position blends program management, learning partnership, and operational coordination to support scalable, impactful professional development experiences. Strengthens business and HR alignment by partnering closely with regional HRBPs, leaders, and L&D teams to support adoption, participation, and measurable impact. Continuously improves talent outcomes by leveraging learner feedback and program insights to evolve learning journeys in line with changing business and leadership needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least five years of experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs at scale within global or complex organizations.
  • Experience applying leadership assessments, adult learning principles, and external research to shape data‑driven development programs, with exposure to design thinking and learning science.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders, content providers, facilitators, and executive coaches to deliver high‑impact leadership development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate global professional development programs aligned to Goodyear’s leadership framework across regions and leadership levels.
  • Manage end‑to-end program operations, including planning, timelines, logistics, participant management, and execution.
  • Partner with facilitators, vendors, learning design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high‑quality program delivery.
  • Maintain program governance through trackers, dashboards, documentation, and standardized playbooks to enable scalable execution.
  • Collaborate with regional HR, HRBPs, and business leaders to drive alignment, adoption, and participation globally.
  • Gather learner feedback and program insights to support continuous improvement and relevance to evolving business needs.
