Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, product development or other similar fields
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in project management and cross functional teams
  • Extensive proficiency with MS Office products and project management tools required
  • Process orientated and ability to multi-task and work within short timelines required
  • Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management throughout the company and must be able to work independently
  • Available to travel 20% of the year.
  • Equipment Rental industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Working with internal stakeholders, define and execute new product development projects from conception through commercialization.
  • Utilize the Stage Gate process to manage and communicate the deliverables and outputs of each project.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear definition of product and project requirements and objectives.
  • Maintain and communicate project status (metrics, risks, etc.) to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Work with OEM’s, internal team members, and customers to validate and monitor new products and technologies in real-world applications.
  • Work closely with internal and external Subject Matter experts to spearhead acceleration of new product and technology identification and development.
  • In conjunction with Product Line Team, lead project stage-gate presentations to stakeholders and executive team.
  • Conduct Voice of the Customer activities with end users to develop solutions to customer needs and pain points.
  • Determine value propositions and positioning strategies for new products.
  • Identify market segments strategies for top line growth and product innovation opportunities.
