About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings while developing leadership skills. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff, and will treat patients while gaining experience in administrative tasks like scheduling and liaising with the Area Manager. New graduates are welcomed.

Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Treat patients while gaining leadership experience
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling
Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care
